Stoic Sex Pro
Sounding like a head full of schizophrenic bees, Stoic Sex Pro was Maurice Rickard's improv project involving parallel channels of heavily effected guitar and PowerBook-triggered samples. Progressive changes in the method of working eventually brought an end to the project, but the fruits of the S2P efforts can still be heard here. (Personal faves: "The Good Life," "The Apparition," and "Tone Beating.")
